With a background in Civil Engineering and Business, I began my career in the commercial construction industry with large commercial general contractors, managing projects across the country including tilt-wall warehouses, mall renovations, and cold storage facilities (ALDI). After my time on the road, I continued to grow within the industry, serving in multiple leadership roles such as Pre-Construction Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Superintendent. Over the years, I’ve successfully delivered over 6,000 multifamily units and commercial projects totaling approximately $750 million in project value.

Driven by a passion for quality and a desire to build something of my own, I took a leap of faith and founded Evolve Construction Services—all while raising two young children alongside my wife, a full-time mom. My vision was simple: to create a subcontracting company that understands the full building process from A to Z and values clear communication, seamless coordination, and respect on every job site. Each member of our team and every subcontracted partner is expected to reflect our core principle—always do the right thing.

My name is Sam Partin, and I’m the co-owner of Evolve Construction Services, where quality, integrity, and hard work are the foundation of everything we do.

Before entering the concrete industry, I served as an Air Traffic Controller in the U.S. military from 2003 to 2008, where I learned the importance of precision, discipline, and teamwork under pressure. After completing my service, I pursued studies from 2008 to 2010 in fields ranging from engineering to business, gaining a strong technical and operational understanding that continues to guide how I run my businesses today.

In 2011, I opened a Jimmy John’s franchise, which I still operate successfully as one of the top-performing stores in the chain. As an owner-operator, I’ve developed deep expertise in leadership, systems management, and customer service—skills sharpened through years of experience, reading, and professional development in management and leadership courses.

Today, I bring that same commitment to excellence and efficiency into the concrete world—combining the precision of my military background, the discipline of business ownership, and a genuine dedication to doing things the right way every time.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father of two boys, ages 11 and 6. I’m a Christian man and an active member of my church, where I serve as the guitarist on the worship team. In my spare time, you’ll find me fishing, playing music, or spending time outdoors with my sons, teaching them the same values of hard work and faith that have guided me throughout my life.
