Our Experts

With a background in Civil Engineering and Business, I began my career in the commercial construction industry with large commercial general contractors, managing projects across the country including tilt-wall warehouses, mall renovations, and cold storage facilities (ALDI). After my time on the road, I continued to grow within the industry, serving in multiple leadership roles such as Pre-Construction Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Superintendent. Over the years, I’ve successfully delivered over 6,000 multifamily units and commercial projects totaling approximately $750 million in project value.

Driven by a passion for quality and a desire to build something of my own, I took a leap of faith and founded Evolve Construction Services—all while raising two young children alongside my wife, a full-time mom. My vision was simple: to create a subcontracting company that understands the full building process from A to Z and values clear communication, seamless coordination, and respect on every job site. Each member of our team and every subcontracted partner is expected to reflect our core principle—always do the right thing.

I serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Evolve Construction Services, where I oversee the financial and administrative side of the company and help ensure we have the systems and resources in place to deliver quality work for our clients.

My professional background is rooted in finance and business operations, with experience in both the defense contracting and transportation industries. Working in these environments gave me valuable experience in financial management, budgeting, cost control, and the importance of maintaining strong, organized business operations. Today, I bring that experience to Evolve, helping guide the financial strategy of the company while supporting our continued growth in the construction industry. I also spent several years as a high school basketball coach. During my coaching career, I had the opportunity to guide teams to multiple district championships and an appearance in a state championship game.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, following the Ole Miss Rebels, and spending time with my two dogs, Duke and Roman.

At the heart of my approach to both business and leadership is a simple belief: prepare well, work hard, take care of people, and build something you can be proud of.
